RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and how to return items purchased from nuvola.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at contact@nuvolathelabel.com
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must still have original tags attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
Due to the nature of our products (hair accessories worn in contact with hair and skin), we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the cost of the item only.
We do not refund any delivery options - including standard, express or upgraded.
Refund of delivery method will be evaluated on an individual case by case basis.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if your item is:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Not of satisfactory quality

We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
