Shipping policy
Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
UK Shipping
- Standard UK: 3-5 business days. Cost: £2.00.
- Express UK: 1-2 business days. Cost is dependant and calculated on location of delivery.
Shipping & Tracking
- Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after shipment.
Address changes & failed deliveries
- Contact us immediately at contact@nuvolathelabel.com if you need to change your shipping address. We may not be able to update orders after they’ve shipped.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping fees will apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@nuvolathelabel.com with your order number and photos (for damaged items). We will assist with a claim or replacement.
Returns & exchanges

- Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receiving.
- If your item shows signs of wear or soiling we reserve the right to refuse refund.
- Any return of items without original tags will not be accepted.
