Shipping policy

Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

UK Shipping

  • Standard UK: 3-5 business days. Cost: £2.00.
  • Express UK: 1-2 business days. Cost is dependant and calculated on location of delivery.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after shipment.

Address changes & failed deliveries

  • Contact us immediately at contact@nuvolathelabel.com if you need to change your shipping address. We may not be able to update orders after they’ve shipped.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping fees will apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@nuvolathelabel.com with your order number and photos (for damaged items). We will assist with a claim or replacement.

Returns & exchanges

  • Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receiving. 
  • If your item shows signs of wear or soiling we reserve the right to refuse refund.
  • Any return of items without original tags will not be accepted.
